I slowly can attempt the new place and new work.. but today I felt very sad, I felt that I betray DM. Previously when I want to cut off, Mr Loh and the technician will co-operate with me to carry out the job immed, even without any ZN notification, but now, when Alison create a ADHOC job, they oso reject, the reason was NO ZN. Now I knew that actually cut off is better has a ZN as easier for updating and no double job created, and ADHOC job, after cut off there is no any information update in the system, have to wait till tmr then manually update, its is risky. so when ADCOS ask my view, I told them the SOP should done in DM, but DM never follow up, then Kar Eng email back to Stephen and cancel all the job. Haz, I felt bad but if I dont say anything, they will said "now u are in ADCOS not DM, so dont always think about there"...so sad, hope Stephen can understand my position...
