Finally Stephen talk to me, he said he has to hold me back for 3 mths/6 mths or even more as he cant find a replacement for me. I think this should his problem but now he put it like my problem, so i told him weibin can be train but he need to increase his pay as he only A level, he yayapapaya said weibin should prove to him 1st...I noe he is useless la. anyway, weibin wanted to try and I think he oso wanted to help me..I will train him and teach him all the easier way, he really capable guy, keen to learn and not calculative..Selphie wanted to resign b coz of him...they cant get along, but I told selphie think about positive and as long as her replacement in, I will let her to inbound, if she really cant wait, I cant do much. Hopefully my decision to transfer is correct...
