Today is a busy day...1/2 day meeting, c doc came back alr 2.30pm. Mei and Kar Eng came and test the CIQ till 6pm...I cant even touch my work, hopefully tmr I can hv same time for my follow up cases....but tmr 10am still got meeting with IS.
Stephen ask me continues to send those miss handling case by ICC/Counter, I told him now a day everybody hit me liao. This few days, inbound TL never said hello to me anymore, but I dun care loh, as cust walk in or write in appeal for IP, I am the one have to write case fact and answer to the management, thus I told Stephen, in future pls ask the section to put up case fact and not me...they just simply give deferment without payment, then my side have to follow like hell...
