This case is generated by system to cut off, all the dispute settled liao, cust die die dun pay the transfer amt, what can I do. Inbound stop discon and ask them pay by 6pm, they are the one told cust will be cut off after 6pm if no pymt...now the stupid cust complained to PUB TOP PPL, he so scard until no LP, ask me to check carefully, I told him all the dispute resolved and cust dun accept the explanation, of course we can cut off, the keat su SC ask me check again, dun trust the report, if got mistake, ME AND HIM HAVE TO ANSWER!!! what the FXXX! cust dun pay oso my problem! dun trust rpt trust what! he think I'm the god ah, can see 1 year ago thing ah! so angry, want to collect money but scare about complain, go and die la. called cust oso dun answer, nvm, tmr i call if they dun accept...I will cut. this job is suck have to COVER EVERYTHING, any issue DM must answer, but come to increment DM always get less, suck right! Angry day today...CB, F, LB, LP......at the end still LL.
