finally KL talk to me...she show me her family photo..I noe she angry about the email that I send to their EO...but the arrangement is suck..today I cant take it anymore, I send another one to SC again...I cant keep monitor the accounts..my guy got so many accounts to follow up..this time SC send to ST...haha, now they will wake up.
